Unlike percentage-based models that increase costs as a practitioner grows, our structure rewards success. Members maintain greater control over their revenue, allowing them to scale their practices without sacrificing a large portion of their earnings. As clinicians become more established, the financial benefits of membership often exceed what they would retain in a traditional split-fee arrangement.

Our goal is simple: create a sustainable, practitioner-centered model where professionals can build successful businesses, serve their communities, and grow alongside one another without the limitations of traditional group practice structures. We left the systems that wanted to break us, why do the same to others?
How it actually works
You pay a flat monthly membership. You get predictability, You get the space, the systems, and the community. You see your clients. You keep more of what you bill.
Do you own your own practice? Have everything you need? Just need an office space? A mailbox? Community? Community Space? We got you, inquire in our form.
You're an independent contractor
You own your practice. You set your schedule and your caseload. Compassion Collective provides the space and the systems to acquire what you need — not a boss.
Flat fee, not a traditional percentage split
You can be invoiced and have the invoice taken out of your dispersement, or we can provide an invoice.
You keep your revenue

If you're just starting out and seeing fewer clients, your cost will be on the lower end. If you're seeing more clients and using more office time and supervision, your cost will be higher. You're only paying more if you're using more time and support.

For bodyworkers, massage therapists, Reiki practitioners, acupuncturists, and somatic providers. Hybrid treatment rooms are designed for longer-form sessions with appropriate setup for your modality.
