Talk therapy is a supportive, collaborative process where you can openly share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with a trained professional in a safe, welcoming space. Our therapists are here to listen, offer guidance, and help you navigate life's challenges — whether it's stress, anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, or personal growth. Through meaningful conversations, you'll gain new perspectives, learn healthy coping strategies, and work toward the changes you want to see in your life. You don't have to face things alone — we're here to walk alongside you, every step of the way.
At the heart of meaningful therapy is authenticity — showing up as you are and feeling accepted for it. Our mental health therapists believe in creating a space where you can be your true self, without fear of judgment or expectation. We value honest, open conversations and recognize that healing happens when you feel safe, seen, and understood. Whether you're navigating life's challenges or working toward personal growth, our therapists are here to meet you with compassion, curiosity, and genuine care.
We're happy to accept a wide range of insurance plans and believe support should be accessible to everyone. Below is the list of insurances accepted across our practitioners — if you don't see yours, please inquire directly with your practitioner.
Feel free to ask your practitioner about options beyond insurance. We also offer a sliding scale and private pay, and your provider will work with you to find a rate that feels manageable based on your situation. If you have any questions about rates or insurance, just reach out — we're here to help.
Good Faith Estimate & the No Surprises Act
The No Surprises Act, effective January 1, 2022, is a federal law designed to protect individuals from unexpected medical bills, especially for out-of-network or emergency services. As part of this, clients who are uninsured or choosing to self-pay are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before services begin. This estimate helps provide transparency around costs and supports informed decision-making, ensuring there are no financial surprises along the way. If you'd like a Good Faith Estimate for your care, it's always available upon request.
