Hannah is a native Minnesotan with a deep commitment to supporting individuals through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Hannah graduated in 2020 from the University of Minnesota’s Integrated Behavioral Health program after working in the mental health and substance abuse fields in various capacities since 2007. Her work is grounded in harm reduction and person-centered philosophies, with a strong focus on addressing the systemic racism, sexism, fatphobia, transphobia, homophobia and oppression that affect individuals both within and outside of therapy. She is trained in somatic therapies and utilizes IFS, DBT, ACT, and brainspotting as well as other modalities tailored to each individual's needs.

Hannah brings diverse experience working with adults and older teens in both residential and outpatient settings, as well as in community health. Hannah's specialty lies in developmental, racial, generational and religious trauma, and she also works closely with LGBTQ+ individuals, therapists seeking their own therapy, people who use drugs (PWUD), those in recovery, and non-binary or gender non-conforming individuals. Her goal is to create a safe, inclusive, and healing space for everyone she serves and to always be sharpening her clinical skills and learning new things.
