Asha Boggs MSW LICSW
I’m a therapist who believes that healing isn’t linear- it’s a journey. Sometimes it’s messy, sometimes it’s hard and it can also feel full of uncertainty. I also know that it almost always takes courage and I’m here to walk alongside you offering support, compassion, and curiosity as you navigate your journey, at your pace and on your terms.
As a transracial adoptee and woman of color, I know how important it is to feel seen and heard. I bring a deep understanding of identity, belonging, and lived experience into my work. I work from a relational, trauma-informed lens and draw from a variety of modalities, rather than a one-size fits all approach. I aim to meet people exactly where they are, with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the College of St. Benedict and my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Kentucky, following nearly 20 years in the healthcare field. This background shaped my passion for helping people feel seen, valued, and supported.
Whether you're working through trauma, grief, identity exploration, or simply seeking a space to process life’s challenges, I strive to create a space for my clients that feels safe, collaborative and authentic.
I'm especially passionate about working with BIPOC individuals and underserved communities, and I deeply value the richness and complexity each person brings to the room.
If you’re looking for a space where you can be your full self, explore your story, and feel supported, we might be a good fit.
