Rose Hellat - MSW LICSW
I've walked the messy, complicated, and sometimes lonely paths of life — the ones that test your spirit and shape who you are. Those journeys taught me something powerful: humans are endlessly resilient, even when it doesn't feel that way.
I'm drawn to people and the stories they carry — not just the ones they can put into words, but the deeper patterns running underneath. In my work, I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help untangle the thoughts that keep you stuck, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to build real skills for riding out the storms — regulating emotion, tolerating distress, staying grounded when things get hard. I bring a Jungian lens to the work too, honoring the parts of you that have been hidden, exiled, or misunderstood, and helping you integrate them rather than fight them. And having recently trained in Past Life Regression therapy, I hold space for the possibility that some of what you carry didn't start in this lifetime — that healing can reach further back than we're taught to expect.
I thrive in spaces where transformation is happening — where someone is ready to take the next step, even if it scares them. Whether it's navigating big transitions, setting bold new goals, or just being a steady presence when the ground feels shaky, I meet people exactly where they are — with warmth, honesty, and unwavering support.
I'm here for the underdogs. The ones counted out, overlooked, or told they're "too much" or "not enough." The ones trying to carve out a place in a world that wasn't built with them in mind.
If you've ever felt like an outsider, like you're carrying more than your fair share, or like you're still figuring out where you belong — you're my people. You deserve to be seen, heard, and fully rooted in your own power. And I'm here to help you claim it.
