Hello! Finding a therapist can feel like a daunting task. I believe the relationship between client and therapist is the most important aspect to foster positive change. I walk alongside my clients to foster growth and change toward a better quality of life. I incorporate the mind/body/soul connection in my practice to assist you in manifesting the changes you want to achieve. I teach concepts like “flipping the narrative” and radical acceptance when navigating difficult circumstances to help guide you toward a more fulfilled, peaceful and abundant life.
While I serve as a guide it's important to remember it's your journey! I will work with you to understand the mind/body/soul connection. With an open mind and an open heart you can view your world from a different perspective. Your unique life path is yours to create. You are the author and the producer of your story.
If you feel compelled to reach out, please do!.I would love to have a conversation to get to know you and your therapy goals prior to any commitment to work together. It would be my honor and privilege to be a part of your journey!
Cindy sees clients virtually and for walk and talk sessions.

Driven by compassion and a deep understanding of life’s complexities, Rose is a social worker who brings both professional expertise and rich lived experience to her practice.
Having navigated polarized personal journeys, she’s developed a profound empathy for the resilience of the human spirit. Drawn to variety and the stories people carry, Rose thrives in dynamic environments and is especially passionate about working with individuals who are motivated to create meaningful change in their lives.
Whether it’s navigating tough transitions, setting new goals, or simply being a steady presence in times of uncertainty, Rose meets people where they are — with warmth, honesty, and unwavering support.
I’m here for the underdogs. The folks who’ve been counted out, overlooked, or told they’re too much or not enough. The ones trying to figure out where they belong in a world that wasn’t built with them in mind. If you’ve ever felt like an outsider, like you’re carrying more than your fair share, or like you’re still searching for your place — you’re my people. You deserve to be seen, heard, and rooted in your own power. I’m here to help you get there.

Bryan is a licensed psychotherapist dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward greater self-awareness, healing, and growth. He works with adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns.
His therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices, drawing from both psychology and social work frameworks. Bryan incorporates interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-Based approaches, while also holding a strong commitment to strengths-based, person-centered care informed by his social work background. This dual perspective allows him to attend not only to individual mental health symptoms but also to the broader social, relational, and environmental factors impacting well-being.
Bryan believes therapy should be a space for honest exploration, where every client is met with compassion, curiosity, and a holistic understanding of their unique experiences. Whether someone is seeking tools to cope, clarity about life’s direction, or a safe, supportive space to be heard, Bryan is committed to walking alongside them on their path toward healing and growth.
Bryan is currently accepting new clients for in person clinic sessions at Nordeast Yoga, as well as walk and talk or virtual sessions.
