Lourdes Muir LADC, MA
I am a bilingual (Spanish-English) mental health counselor on track for LPCC in Minnesota. I have a bachelor in Psychology and a master’s in Integrated Behavioral Health program from the University of Minnesota, focusing on the treatment of co-occurring mental health conditions. My background includes experience across all levels of addiction treatment at Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation. I integrate Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based strategies, trauma-informed and insight-oriented therapy to help clients build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, sustainable change. My clinical lens is informed by attachment theory and is trauma informed. I am also interested in the emerging ways technology and AI influence attachment, identity, and emotional regulation.
Lourdes will start seeing clients 10/26
