Community Processing Group:

In the wake of the recent ICE operations and protests across Minneapolis—including large federal enforcement actions, community mobilizations, and the deaths that sparked statewide demonstrations—many people are carrying grief, anger, fear, and uncertainty.

This mental health processing group offers a supportive space for anyone who wants to talk about, reflect on, or simply sit with the emotional impact of these events. Whether you were directly involved, affected through your community, or just feeling overwhelmed by what’s happening around us, you are welcome here.

Together we will hold space for listening, sharing experiences, and grounding ourselves in community care. Participation can look different for everyone—speaking, listening, or simply being present.

All are welcome. No prior experience with groups required.
