You might be feeling stuck, burnt out, or apathetic; if so, you are not alone. I’m Dr. Bruce Clark, a licensed psychologist, and I work with adults who want support navigating challenges with more clarity and intention.
I approach therapy as a collaborative process, where we work together on what makes most sense for you in your life. I work with a wide range of concerns and focus on understanding you as a human being -- your values and experiences, your suffering and struggles, what makes your life feel vital.
I am theoretically oriented towards mindfulness-based approaches, particularly Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Rather than trying to eliminate difficult thoughts or emotions, we’ll look at how to make room for them while building a life that feels more meaningful and aligned with your values.
Together, we’ll pay attention to how challenges show up in your thoughts, emotions, and everyday patterns, and we’ll work toward practical, sustainable changes. My goal is to offer a supportive space where you can develop greater flexibility, resilience, and self-compassion, so you can move forward with more confidence and less pressure to have everything figured out.
