Meet Bryan Thomsen - MSW LGSW
Hi, I'm Bryan, a licensed psychotherapist dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward greater self-awareness, healing, and growth. I work with adults and navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and self-esteem.
My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-Based approaches. I believe therapy is a space for honest exploration, where every client is met with compassion and curiosity.
I have a wide range of experience in working with adults with a variety of mental health conditions. In accordance with my Social Work background I strongly believe in using a strengths based, person centered approach in working with you.
Whether you're seeking tools to cope, clarity about your life’s direction, or a safe space to be heard, I’m here to walk with you. I'm currently accepting new clients for in person clinic sessions, walk and talk or virtual sessions.
