This collective uses a hybrid structure that combines flat monthly membership tiers with a modest revenue contribution above certain billing thresholds. This creates more flexibility, predictable overhead, and greater practitioner autonomy.

Different tiers exist to support practitioners at various stages of growth, availability, and income level. Lower tiers provide more accessible entry points for part-time or developing practices, while higher tiers offer expanded access, priority scheduling, and increased space usage.

Once a practitioner exceeds a set monthly billing threshold, a small percentage contribution helps ensure the collective remains sustainable while still allowing members to scale gradually without immediately moving into a higher fixed-rate tier.

This structure helps balance affordability, flexibility, and shared contribution to the collective’s infrastructure and community resources.

Should you use our billing structure

Billing is tracked transparently through standard practice management systems. Percentage contributions are calculated based on defined clinical billing totals and applied only after the tier-specific threshold is met.on

No. Practitioners operate as independent professionals. The collective provides shared infrastructure and space but does not function as an employer.
