Compassion Collective is opening a new integrative clinical and wellness space — designed as a true collective, not a traditional clinic or office rental model.
Independent clinicians and holistic practitioners can build and run their own private practices while being supported by a shared community and infrastructure.
Our flat-rate membership model gives practitioners access to:
Fully designed clinical and wellness spaces
Shared infrastructure in a multi-suite office in NE Minneapolis on historic 13th Avenue.
Scheduling, billing support, and referrals
Insurance contracts and credentialing support
Community spaces for collaboration and workshops
Operational systems that make private practice more sustainable
Community for folks who are in their own practice but would like physical support.
Unlike percentage-split models, your monthly cost stays predictable as your practice grows. That means more transparency, more autonomy, and the ability to increase your income without increasing what you owe.
Practitioners maintain ownership of their work and can operate within their own business structure while utilizing the systems Compassion Collective has built.
The goal is simple: give practitioners the freedom of independent practice without the isolation or administrative burden of building everything alone.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Our collective is built to support sustainable, connected practice through insurance billing support, cross-referrals, and thoughtfully designed scheduling infrastructure. Members have access to hybrid therapy and somatic rooms (depending on tier), two dedicated community rooms for workshops and collaboration, and ongoing opportunities for shared learning and connection within a trauma-informed, practitioner-led culture.
-
This is a practitioner-led clinical collective designed to combine the autonomy of private practice with the support of a shared professional infrastructure. Members maintain their own clinical independence while benefiting from efficiently shared space, administrative systems, and a collaborative community environment.
-
Traditional group practices typically use an employment or percentage split model where the clinic takes a fixed share of each session.
This collective uses a hybrid structure that combines flat monthly membership tiers with a modest revenue contribution above certain billing thresholds. This creates more flexibility, predictable overhead, and greater practitioner autonomy. -
Different tiers exist to support practitioners at various stages of growth, availability, and income level. Lower tiers provide more accessible entry points for part-time or developing practices, while higher tiers offer expanded access, priority scheduling, and increased space usage.
-
You Definitely can! We just need time at least a week to ensure change is possible.
-
Lower tiers are designed to keep entry costs accessible for part-time, newer, or growing practitioners. Once a practitioner exceeds a set monthly billing threshold, a small percentage contribution helps ensure the collective remains sustainable while still allowing members to scale gradually without immediately moving into a higher fixed-rate tier.
This structure helps balance affordability, flexibility, and shared contribution to the collective’s infrastructure and community resources.
-
Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.
-
YES! Give us notice and we can help you adjust. we are all about flexibility and autonomy
-
Should you use our billing structure
Billing is tracked transparently through standard practice management systems. Percentage contributions are calculated based on defined clinical billing totals and applied only after the tier-specific threshold is met.on
-
Office access depends on your membership tier. Some tiers include dedicated or priority office access, while others use a shared booking system for flexible scheduling. Hybrid and telehealth spaces are also available depending on availability and tier level.
-
No strict minimum income requirement exists. However, each tier is designed with a recommended level of clinical activity to ensure it is a good fit financially and operationally.
-
No. Practitioners operate as independent professionals. The collective provides shared infrastructure and space but does not function as an employer.
-
This model is designed for licensed mental health professionals and allied wellness practitioners who value autonomy, flexible structure, and a collaborative professional environment.
